Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data ListAI collects, why, and what rights you have under the GDPR. ListAI is the data controller for this data.

What we collect

Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google returns. Usage data: the number of generations you have used and your subscription status. Uploaded photos: the images you submit for analysis. Payment data: handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details, only whether a subscription is active and the associated email.

How photos are used

Photos you upload are sent to our AI provider solely to generate your listing text. They are not stored on our servers as part of your account, are not used to train models by us, and are not shared with anyone else. Your generated listings history is stored locally in your own browser, not on our servers, and you can clear it at any time.

Legal basis

We process account and usage data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service and your subscription), payment data to comply with legal accounting obligations, and minimal technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the Service secure and working.

Processors we use

Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and our AI provider (photo analysis). Each processes data only on our instructions.

Retention

Account and subscription data are kept while your account exists and for as long as required for tax and accounting records. Delete your account by contacting us and we will erase your personal data, except where we must retain invoice records by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. To exercise any right, contact us at the support address published on our website.

Cookies

We use only essential storage: a session token that keeps you signed in and local storage for your listing history and preferences. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.
