Refunds & Cancellation

Cancelling

You can cancel ListAI Pro at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your Pro access stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term. To cancel, open AI Studio, tap the "Pro" badge at the top and choose "Cancel subscription".

EU 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because ListAI is digital content supplied immediately, you are asked to consent to immediate performance when you subscribe, which means the withdrawal right lapses once you start using the paid service. If you have not used any Pro generation within those 14 days, contact us and we will refund the payment in full.

Refunds

Beyond the case above, subscription payments are generally non-refundable for periods already used. If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or the Service was unavailable for a significant part of your billing period, contact us and we will refund you.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days.

Free trial

Every account gets 1 free generation. No payment details are required for the free trial and it never converts into a paid plan automatically — you only pay if you choose to subscribe.
