Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ListAI ("the Service"), operated by ListAI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

The service

ListAI analyses product photos you upload and generates suggested marketplace listing text (title, description, estimated price range, colour, condition and estimated measurements). All output is an automated estimate. You are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy before publishing it anywhere, and for making sure your listings comply with the rules of the marketplace you post on and with applicable law.

Accounts

You need an account to use the Service. You must provide a valid email address, keep your password confidential, and be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a legal guardian). You are responsible for activity under your account.

Free trial and Pro plan

Each account receives 1 free generation. After that, a Pro subscription is required. Pro costs 3.99 € per month, is billed automatically each month by our payment processor Stripe, and renews until you cancel. Prices may include VAT where applicable. We may change pricing with notice; changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

Acceptable use

You may not upload content you do not have the rights to, content that is illegal, or images of other people intended to identify them. You may not attempt to bypass usage limits, resell the Service, or use automated means to overload it. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that any listing will sell, or that any generated price estimate is correct. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, access to Pro features ends at the end of the paid period.
